Domestic Shipping (France):
Delivery Time: 2 business days.
Applicable Regions:
Within Metropolitan France (including Corsica).
From Metropolitan France to Monaco.
Within the French Overseas Departments (DOM).
International Shipping:
Delivery Times:
Neighboring European countries: 3 to 4 business days.
Other European countries: 4 to 7 business days.
Rest of the world: 6 to 10 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

A tracking number is provided to check the progress of delivery in real time.
Please note that full tracking is available for the following 43 destinations: Albania, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Canada, South Korea, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, United States, Finland, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mali, Malta, Morocco, Mexico, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, United Kingdom, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Thailand, Togo, and Turkey.
For other destinations, tracking is only effective up to the French border.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are subject to unexpected delays (e.g., customs clearance, local holidays, strikes, etc.).
Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery, depending on the service selected.

Our Return Policy
At Indigo Roc, we hope you fall in love with your jewelry as much as we love creating it. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we’re here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.
Returns and Refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions:
Return Window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging (including any certificates or tags).
Non-Returnable Items: Earrings, for hygiene reasons are not subject to return unless damaged or faulty (photographic evidence and order number required within 48 hours of receipt by email).
Steps to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Email us at IndigoRoc@yahoo.com within 48 hours of receipt to let us know you'd like to return an item. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
For Defective Items: If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please attach clear photographs showing the issue. This will help us process your request quickly.
Approval and Instructions: Once approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping Costs and Customs Duties
Return Shipping: For non-defective items, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
International Returns: If you’re outside the EU, any duties, taxes, or fees related to the return shipment will be your responsibility.
Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
What’s Refunded: We’ll refund the full cost of the item, but please note that shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
Your Right to Cancel and Withdraw
As an EU-based business, we comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

If your order has already been shipped, you’ll need to return the items to us following the steps outlined above.

We will only accept returns using a trackable and insured shipping method. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
