We strongly recommend that you do not wear your jewellery whilst swimming. Our products are hand made and are considered precious.

To reduce our impact on this fragile planet we do not offer gift packaging per se. Our packing is made of recycled carton, stamped with ink and sealed in a clear plastic bag so as to protect your purchase from damage in transit. We do however supply (FOC)a small fabric pouch for you to either store your purchase in so as to or present your jewellery is purchased as a gift.

Basically, any paper that is about to be thrown into the trash! We have used envelopes, old birthday cards, newspapers, packaging wrap and postcards. We love to recycle and experiment with all sorts of materials and continue to do so. So, consider signing up to our news letter so that you’ll be notified when something new crops up.

Yes, a chain can be shortened but prior notice must be given before we ship it out. A longer chain can be supplied but it may not match the weight of the original chain shown on line.

We suggest that you keep your jewellery looking pristine by storing it in a jewellery box when not being worn.

If your jewellery arrives damaged defective due to a fault in craftsmanship within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly repair or replace if for free of charge. Please note that normal wear, misuse, or exposure to water and chemicals may affect the longevity of the materials and are not covered under this guarantee.
